The Modern Hungarian Digital Toponym Registry is based on the 4D GIS software.
The fundamentals of the database were created by GIS IT expert Ortwin Zigell. Database development is carried out by Dr Marianna Zichar Assistant Professor (University of Debrecen) and Imre Szűcs Council Administrator-Expert (University of Debrecen).
